Shipping & Returns
All products listed on the website are available for shipment to any country in the world. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
We currently offer free shipping to Canada. Please note: additional shipping fees will apply for orders going to Yukon, Nunavut and North Western Territories. For shipping to destinations outside of Canada, please contact our customer service team at 1-800-828-9381 or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Shipment Processing Time
Shipments may be delayed for the following reasons:
- We are experiencing a high volume of orders
- One or more products purchased is on back-order
In the case of a significant shipping delay with your order, our sales representatives will contact you via email or telephone as soon as we are aware.
We work with different shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery process. Our smaller items are shipped via parcel and our larger items and bulk orders are shipped via a freight carrier service.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. This will contain your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours.
Customs Duties and Taxes
All shipments outside Canada may have import fees or duty charges upon delivery, and will vary from country to country. For more information, please check with your customs department in your country about the import policies.
Customers in Canada do not pay duty taxes.
If you received your order damaged, please contact Progressive Bed immediately for assistance. It would be best to e-mail us photos of the damage so we can take corrective action.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Our products can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The product was purchased within the last 30 days.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- The product is not worn or damaged.
- You have obtained a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from us.
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
To obtain a Return Merchandise Number (RMA):
- Contact us at email@example.com to receive return approval.
- Send the product with its original packing and the RMA number to:

- Include a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other product you want to order) or obtain a refund.
Please note: We do not charge restocking fees for products returned unused and in their original packaging within the 30-day return window. Fees may apply or returns may be rejected if the above criteria is not met. In the case of a defect or error on our part, the restocking and return shipping fee will be waived.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during the shipment back to Progressive Bed.
Sale items can be refunded.
